Come and train and discover new sports in our fitness studio. Located on the first floor of the shop, we offer cardio fitness, yoga (more than five different types of yoga, for both adults and children) and dance classes.
All our classes are taught by certified instructors. Here are our three favourite classes:
- 90’s jams: want to sway to the best hits of the 90’s? Then look no further, Daniel offers great dance classes for beginners. A good time in music to remember the best hits while doing sports!
- Parents and baby yoga : this session is a great way to ease yourself back into exercising as a new mother, while bonding with your baby (newborn up to 18 months)
- Yoga for running : we love this class created especially for runners ! Yoga for running is a 60min class combining Vinyasa Flow style dynamic sequences, Hatha, and Yin Yoga style static stretches. It aims to support and improve your running performance by solving flexibility, stability, and mobility issues.
